Our 2026 Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day holidays are coming, and for anyone sourcing USB wall chargers, PD GaN chargers, or power adapters from China, these dates directly affect Q4 delivery. Below is our factory schedule, the recommended order cut-offs, and how to reach us while we're away.

Our 2026 Holiday Schedule

Schedule note: Oct 5 is a normal holiday day — the final day of the National Day break. Sun, Oct 18 is a makeup working day, so our lines and offices operate as usual that day. Production, quality inspection, and shipping coordination pause during the closed periods and resume on the working days above.

What This Means for Your Orders

1. Confirm before Sep 23 for pre-holiday dispatch. If you want goods to leave the factory before the Mid-Autumn break, please have your PO confirmed and artwork approved by Sep 23. Orders confirmed later will be scheduled after we return.

2. Book October production slots by Sep 30. Lines restart on Oct 6, but Q4 capacity fills quickly — especially for 65W and 100W GaN models. Confirm your October production slot by Sep 30 so your build week is reserved before the National Day break.

3. Expect slightly longer reply times during the closure. Our sales team monitors email and WhatsApp on a limited basis during the holidays. If something is urgent, flag it to your account manager before Sep 24 so we can resolve it ahead of time.

Plan Q4 Early — Peak Season Starts Now

For brands selling chargers into retail and e-commerce channels, Q4 planning usually starts months before Black Friday. Two practical reasons to lock your schedule now:

• GaN component lead times lengthen as demand peaks across the industry. Earlier slot bookings mean more predictable build dates.
• Certification and documentation (CE, FCC, UL-related test reports) take calendar time — not production time — and holidays do not shorten them.

Q: Can I place an order during the holiday? A: Yes — orders and inquiries submitted during the closure are logged and processed from Oct 6 onward, in the order they were received.

Q: Will my in-production order be delayed? A: Production pauses during the closed dates. If your order was scheduled to build across the holiday window, your account manager will share the revised completion date before the break begins.

Q: What is the latest date to confirm an order for pre-holiday shipping? A: For dispatch before the Mid-Autumn break, confirm your PO with approved artwork by Sep 23. For October production, confirm by Sep 30.
