Our production equipment
Our aging test system is equipped with state-of-the-art technology, including wave soldering and surface mount technology (SMT) capabilities. With these tools, we are able to thoroughly test and analyze the performance of electronic components over time, ensuring their reliability and longevity. The wave soldering process ensures strong and durable connections, while the SMT allows for precise placement and soldering of small components. Combined with our rigorous aging test procedures, these tools allow us to guarantee the quality of our products for years to come.
Production flow for chargers and power adapters
LVXIANGYUAN is a powerful factory specializing in the R&D and production of ac dc power adapters.
PTH production: all of our workers will wear electrostatic bracelet and they put all the important components into the PCB board by hand.
After PTH production, all boards must be wave soldered. Assembly production: we need to prepare all the materials, such as shells, cables, plugs, mylar, and other related tools.
During assembling, we will have low voltage and high voltage test. Aging test: all the adapters will be under 2 hours aging test in the aging room before packing.
Packaging production: we will first test all the finished goods before packing. Then we will have full appearance inspection to confirm the high quality of the adapters.
After checking, we will use PE bag and inner box to pack each adapters, and then put them into cartons.
The last step, we will put shipping marks on the cartons according to customers' requirements. Before entering the warehouse, all the adapters will be spot checked by QC department.
